Narragansett Brewery

Peregrine worked closely with Narragansett Brewing Company in all aspects of the acquisition, schedule creation, team selection, budgeting, scoping, financing, permitting and development of the brewery and brewpub near the Providence waterfront.

The building was the adaptive reuse of a former storage building into a modern and inviting brewery and brewpub – including outdoor gathering areas. The project included environmental issues, varied state and private funding sources as well as agreements with the City. Installation and purchasing of equipment and a kitchen required detailed coordination. In addition to acting as OPM, Peregrine assisted and lead financing efforts through multiple public and private entities and sources.

Peregrine is currently assisting on the planning of a second phase.
