Barrington Middle School

Peregrine Group, in partnership with CGA Project Management was designated as the Owner’s Project Manager in the Spring of 2016 and provided management and oversight of the proposed middle school project.

Activities included oversight of the project A/E team, budget, schedule and communication management and review of construction procurement options  solicitation and selection of a general contractor. Peregrine continued services through completion of design including RIDE Stage II/Stage III submittal coordination, oversight of construction and FF&E coordination for the $68 million delivery.

The new facility opened its doors to students at the beginning of the 2019/2020 academic year with site work ongoing through 2020. Leading up to and during

the bond referendum and subsequent Financial Town Meeting, Peregrine supported the District activities including participation in planning, graphics preparation

and presentation of the project at community forums/meeting to more than 700 town residents.
