Peregrine Group was hired to provide project management/ owner’s representative services for the $14.5 million interior/ exterior renovation of an occupied senior housing building in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Peregrine managed high-level coordination on behalf of the owner including contract negotiation, budget and schedule management, requisition process with MA Housing, as well as day-to-day oversight and QA/QC. The project included the removal and reconstruction of the building envelope including windows and exterior cladding as well as the unit-by-unit renovation of MEP, fixture, and finishes for more than 100 occupied units.

Coordination included working with resident management services as residents moved to temporary swing space on a daily basis.
