Mechanics Cooperative Bank

Mechanics Cooperative Bank is consolidating 3 existing facilities into one corporate headquarters.  Peregrine was selected as the Owner’s Project Manager for the new construction of approximately 30,000 sq ft +/- of offices and financial center. Activities include preparation and solicitation of Construction Manager and furniture vendor. Peregrine, in partnership with ownership is managing the design team, establishing schedule and confirming owner project budget.  Peregrine is also leading the move and change management of the consolidation.

The project was completed in 2023.
