Hammetts Wharf Hotel

In conjunction with its affiliate partner, Scott’s Wharf LLC, Peregrine Group, along with it’s project team developed a 84 room boutique-hotel in the heart of downtown Newport, Rhode Island.

The newly constructed building includes retail shops, a world-class restaurant, office space and new hotel prominently located at the heart of the downtown waterfront. Our activities to included management of the project team including base-building and hotel architect, interior designer and site and landscape architecture, management of early discussions with local and state agencies having jurisdiction and economics and capital stack formation to determine project viability.

The project was completed in the summer of 2020.
