Ocean House

Peregrine, as a minority principal partner and Project Manager for Mr. Charles M. Royce, led the redevelopment of a historically significant 1868 grand Victorian, oceanfront hotel located on Block Island Sound, one of the largest privately funded projects in RI. The building includes a 49-key full-service, five-star hotel, 21 residences and spa/restaurant/beach amenities.

Peregrine successfully managed preservation and material assessment, demolition, brownfield remediation, site acquisition/due diligence, program and design management, entitlement and permitting process management, debt/equity capitalization, oversight of design and construction, and coordination of FF&E procurement and hotel opening with Pinnacle Advisory Group.
