Parkside on Adams & Historic Substation

This public-private partnership included Historic Boston Inc., Roslindale Village Main Streets and the Boston Redevelopment Authority with Peregrine acting as both Principal Owner and Project Manager. 

Peregrine managed all aspects of the conversion of  a former funeral home and historic MBTA electric substation into 43 units of rental housing and 8,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. 

Peregrine’s role was as the Owner’s Project Manager through construction and occupancy.
