Peregrine Group was asked to create a business plan and to establish a process – based upon the conceptual goal of establishing a state of the art Biomedical facility; to promote and to offer holistic medical and dental services. The initial process included traveling to similar facilities, evaluating operating and ownership structures, operating revenue models, key offerings in equipment and services, and in all aspects of a business model.

The Biomed Center is now located and operating in Providence, RI within a historic building. The 12,880 square foot space hosts a unique, high-finish setting that offers full-scale and leading edge dental facilities (four dental chairs + imaging center and production lab), medical treatment rooms, and spa-like spaces that offer varied technological treatments.

Peregrine worked closely with the founding partners over the course of several years through all aspects of creating the business, permitting and regulatory/licensing (RIDOH), as well as in all aspects of the facility creation – from programming, site selection, lease vs. buy decision, programming, operations forecasting, design oversight, lease negotiations, contractor selection, contracting, budgeting, construction and equipment sourcing and install.

The $5.6M facility offers an exceptional facility for welcoming patients from the regional, and from all over the world into Providence.
