Peregrine Group Hired as Project Manager for Tunstall America

February 21, 2013 (Rumford, Rhode Island): Peregrine Group LLC, based in Rumford, Rhode Island, was recently engaged by Tunstall to provide Project Management Services for the renovation and delivery of Tunstall America’s new Pawtucket, Rhode Island headquarters.
Located at 100 Freight Street, Peregrine’s responsibilities for the project include design consulting, construction oversight, schedule coordination, budget monitoring and final delivery of the space for occupancy. Driven by a short project schedule, activities were broken into two phases for near-term occupancy and long-term functionality. Completion of the 1st phase is planned for March 1, 2013 with completion of all phases by June 30, 2013
Project execution is supported by the collective efforts of Peregrine Group LLC, Kenwood Realty LLC (Landlord), Vision3 Architects (Architect), JOMAR Construction (Construction Manager).
