OWNER’S REPRESENTATION
As Owner’s Representative, Peregrine’s role is to ensure the successful execution of project delivery, minimizing Owner risk relative to physical, budgetary and schedule. Peregrine is capable of managing the full spectrum of project construction, from design, engineering, permitting, through construction oversight, lender communication, financial management and commissioning.
HOSPITALITY VENUE SPECIALTY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Activities led by Peregrine have included site acquisition/due diligence, permitting, lease negotiation, project professional and construction selection and scoping, budget and schedule management, equity offerings, debt financing, construction oversight, FF&E procurement and opening coordination.
DISTRESSED PROPERTIES AND WORKOUT SPECIALTY SERVICES
Peregrine has been actively managing and providing execution plans, including financial restructuring, for incomplete or troubled projects on behalf of lenders and institutional clients.
ACQUISITION/DIVESTITURE/LEASING DUE DILIGENCE & STRATEGIC PLANNING
Peregrine has supported the successful acquisition, sale or leasing of over $300 million of real property assets as a result of its experience-based approach to the underwriting and transaction issue resolution process.
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS/PROJECT UNDERWRITING AND CAPITALIZATION
Peregrine owns or has managed the development of a wide variety of asset types, including office, industrial, multi-family residential, hotels, mixed-use campuses and retail. Peregrine has successfully structured over $400 million of debt and equity capital, including taxable and tax-exempt government bond offerings and federal historic, low-income and New Market tax credits.
